The Diversity and Inclusion Consulting Process

Did we mention this is a journey? No journey is complete without a map, so we’ve mapped out the road along which we can support you.

You tell us what you’re looking for

Whether it’s training, policy development, an audit, or any of our other services, we want to get an initial idea of what you’re looking for. This helps us make the most of conversations that follow about your diversity and inclusion consulting process.

We schedule a discovery call

Once you’ve booked a complimentary discovery call, we'll have a chance to chat more deeply about your needs and how our team can help you achieve your goals. This is where you provide context, voice your diversity and inclusion consulting dreams, and ask us about our unique approach to equity, anti-racism and organizational development.

We match you with a consultant

We determine which highly-equipped consultant is best suited to your needs, and set you up with them for a complimentary initial consultation call.

We make recommendations

When we hear what you have to say, our brains work away on which diversity and inclusion consulting pieces will transform your workplace in the long run. We recommend how to go about the process in a way that is both effective and feasible.

We begin!

Once you’ve approved a quote, or a proposal for larger projects, we get moving along the road to justice, equity and inclusion.

FAQs

Why do we prescribe recommendations?
We are experienced consultants with years of both professional and lived experience in social justice. Through much practice, we have refined our methodology in a way that maximizes longevity in positive change. We have immense confidence in our process, and can’t wait to share it with you.
What does a typical consulting process look like?
We are excited to offer a diverse and dynamic range of services and every organization needs something different. We invite our clients to be prepared for a long-term relationship that requires vulnerability, enthusiasm and an open mind. If you are joining us for educational content, we ask that you complete our Fundamentals of Anti-Oppression first because it sets the tone for the rest of our intermediate and advanced workshops.
I’m an individual looking to participate in workshops outside of my workplace. Is there a way I can still take them?
We're excited to bring more opportunities for individuals. Those looking to play an active role in creating change within their organization can join our Facilitation Certificate Program. This online program teaches essential skills and strategies for powerful, inclusive facilitation. We also have RISE: Exposing the Intersections of Racism and Sexism, a self-guided online learning program developed that explores the intersections of racism, sexism, white supremacy and capitalism as they impact BIPOC in white-dominated workplaces.
