Diversity

  • We establish the diverse makeup of your organization and break it down into categories such as race and ethnicity, age, gender, religion.

Equity

  • We examine how power is dispersed throughout your organization.
    • How are decisions made in the organization? Are they made through a lens of equity?
  • How issues are handled and addressed.
    • Do people trust leadership to support them?

Inclusion

  • We examine how folks feel they are valued within your organization.
    • Do they feel safe and valued? Is there a sense of belonging?
  • Identity the voices that are missing and those barriers preventing their access.
