Got a dusty “bullying and harassment” policy from 1999? We can transform it into a contemporary, context-driven policy on anti-racism, cultural appropriation, microaggressions in the workplace and bring so many more anti-oppressive values to life. We don’t sugarcoat the changes needed but in return, you get a policy that is rooted in meaningful change, equity and inclusion.

 

 

What's involved in policy writing?

We make the process as clear, direct and FUN as possible!

  1. Fill out our intake form.
  2. Schedule a 30 minute complimentary call where we get to know your needs!
  3. A proposal of the work is prepared and sent to you. Once you are happy with our plan, we take a 50% deposit.
  4. The policy work begins.
  5. The first draft is sent to you for approval and edits.
  6. Once the edits are made, the final version is sent to you.
  7. The rest of the invoice amount is sent.

Of course! In this case, we will ask you to send us the existing policies in place. We will make recommendations on suggested additions and changes.
What is the timeline from start to finish of this process?
It’s important to us that these policies will bring actionable and real change. The whole process can take 6-8 weeks. Your policy consultant can give you a better idea of the timeline. Please let your consultant know if the deadline is more pressing and we will do our very best to accommodate*.
