Internal hiring policy

We have created an Internal Hiring Policy. (Yay policy!) When new positions become available at Bakau, we try to fill them internally and this sets out a clear process of how that is done. I have attached the PDF version to this email and you can find the policy on pg 73 in the Handbook.
